funny story, my dad froze some fresh garlics.
they turned yellow and soft, not the way he likes it.
so my mom magically turned them into a pot of soup, with chicken.
they did not tell me so i thought it was plain & soothing chicken broth.
i think i got a garlic shock when i opened the lid.
still feeling the smell in my nostrils, even though it was hours ago!!
